This Chapter consists of Four Sec- tions and Articles from (55) to (97):

This Section comprises Articles from (80) to (97), and it is divided into two branches: First Branch: On Maintaining Rules of Occupational Safety & Health This Branch consists of Articles from (80) to (88), where Articles from (80) to (83) explain the types of records and files which an employer should maintain for his labourers and shall consist of all the required entries of the necessary information about all types of the different leaves, work in- juries, occupational diseases, occupa- tional health & safety, service start date, service termination date, and all necessary data and records in the light of these articles, together with binding the employer to hang in a conspicuous place at the work center the bylaws of penalties, working hours system, weekly off days and

ويقع في أربعة فصول ويشمل المواد من (55) وحتى (97) الفصل الأول في الأجر ويشمل المواد من (55) وحتى (63) : حيث عرفت المادة

ويضم هذا الفصل المواد من (80) إلى (97) وينقسم إلى فرعين : الفرع الأول : في قواعد حفظ السلامة والصحة المهنية

ويشمل المواد من (80) إلى (88) حيث بينت المواد من (80) إلى (83) أنواع السجلات والملفات التي يجب ان يحتفظ بها صاحب العمل للعمال بكل ما تتطلبه من قيد بيانات عن الأجازات بأنواعها المختلفة وإصابات العمل وامراض المهنة والسلامة والصحة المهنية وبدايات ونهايات الخدمة وكل ما يلزم من بيانات وسجلات على ضوء هذه المواد ، مع الزام صاحب العمل بتعليق لوائح الجزاءات والدوام والراحات الأسبوعية والإجازات الرسمية في مكان ظاهر فضلا عن توفير وسائل السلامة والصحة المهنية بما يكفل الوقاية من مخاطر العمل دون تحميل العامل اية نفقات عن ذلك أو اقتطاع اي جزء من اجرة مقابل توفيرها.
