مــادة 1 مع مراعاة نصوص المواد (64 ،65 ـ66 ،67 ) من القانون رقم (6/2010) بشأن العمل في القطاع الأهلي يجوز لأصحاب الأعمال تكليف عمالتهم بالعمل الإضافي وفقا للضوابط الأتية : 1- تحدد ساعات العمل الإضافي بست ساعات إسبوعيا على أن لا تتجاوز ساعتين في اليوم . 2- يجب أن لا تزيد الأيام التي يكلف فيها العامل بالعمل الإضافي عن تسعين يوما في السنة وبحد أقصى مائة وثمانون ساعة سنويا .
